Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving the item to request a return, but you need to pay for all outgoing and return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Then pay for shipping back to the fixed return address.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as underwear and base layers (underwear), shoes, hats. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.

EU 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund via your original method of payment within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post your refund.
